18 Month action plan
Launch #1 - 0 to 12 months
0 - 6 Months
Lay the groundwork The initial stages of the Action plan include meeting with the WeGrade team to establish the building blocks of our app structure and features. We will focus on the teacher and student app for Apple devices for the first launch. Once the structure and features are established, a makeup of the app will then be developed by our engineering team.

7 - 9 Months
Pitch the story Stage 2 of the Action plan will include app promotion and beta testing. A promotional video will be developed and delivered to the target market through social media channels. The first 100 downloaders will have free access to all features of the app for 3 months. This stage will address quality control through user feedback.
|
10 - 12 Months
Launch: Go Time! The teacher and student app will be submitted to the Apple app store. We will continue to monitor download counts and user comments within stage 3 of the Action plan.
|
Launch #2 - 13 to 18 months
13 - 15 Months
Design for growth Stage 4 of the Action plan consists of developing the parent app for WeGrade. Similar to stages 1 and 2, the parent app will go through development, promotion, and beta testing.
|
16 - 18 Months
Official release The final stage of the Action plan will include a full release of the WeGrade platform. All 3 apps (teacher, student, and parent) will be updated to reflect user comments and submitted to the Apple app store for distribution.

Further Growth
Once we have a solid user base of WeGrade, the team will look into releasing the app on additional platforms including Android and Windows.
